Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the cesino website at cesino.bio and all associated mobile applications and services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers for and holds a cesino account.
• "Account Balance" means the total amount of real funds held in a Player's cesino account, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-withdrawable incentive funds credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which governs all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active cesino account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged 18–20 are not eligible regardless of local legal provisions.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended cesino account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of cesino or any of its affiliated game providers and payment partners.

cesino reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your cesino account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your cesino account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after every session.
• Notify cesino support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or suspect that your credentials have been compromised.

cesino accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials or has willingly shared access with another person.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

cesino supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified accounts. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within one hour during business hours (BST).
• cesino reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• cesino does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which cesino accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cesino offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games that contribute to the wagering requirement. Live casino games, certain slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates or may be excluded entirely.

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical errors that demonstrably affect the outcome of a game will be investigated, and cesino reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's own rules. cesino is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

cesino is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. As a condition of using the platform, all Players agree to:

• Use the platform for entertainment purposes only and not as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.
• Make use of the self-imposed deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools available within the account settings panel.
• Seek professional support if gambling begins to negatively affect their personal, financial, or professional life.

cesino reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming interventions — including temporary account restrictions or forced cooling-off periods — if the platform identifies player behaviour patterns consistent with problem gambling. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cesino platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using cesino to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or game engines.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus or any other one-time promotional offer more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cesino support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Account Closure and Termination

Either the Player or cesino may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following a standard verification check.
• cesino may suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, Terms violation, regulatory obligation, or at its sole operational discretion.
• Upon closure for Terms violations, any balance held — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation is suspected. In confirmed cases of fraud, all funds will be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion requests are treated as account closures and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, the Player may not reopen or create a new account on the cesino platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cesino's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• cesino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, however caused.
• cesino does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Planned maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur. cesino will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime.
• cesino is not responsible for third-party game provider errors, payment processor failures, or telecommunications network disruptions that affect the Player's ability to access or use the platform.

Privacy and Data Protection

cesino collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at cesino.bio/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where opted in).

cesino will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is necessary for the operation of the service and is governed by those parties' own privacy commitments.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cesino platform — including but not limited to the cesino brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of cesino or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any cesino content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Amendments to These Terms

cesino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cesino will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretive purposes. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Any disputes arising from ambiguous interpretation will be resolved by reference to the English text as published on this page.
